01What construction services does Sai Sri Buildcon provide in Hyderabad?
Sai Sri Buildcon offers three core services across Hyderabad and Secunderabad: 2D and 3D building plans (architectural, civil and plumbing drawings), cost estimation with detailed BOQs and rate analysis, and on-site construction supervision from foundation to handover.
02Do you prepare GHMC and HMDA sanction drawings?
Yes. We prepare sanction-ready 2D plans, elevations, sections and engineering sets formatted for GHMC and HMDA submissions, along with the supporting documents needed for building permission.
03Do you only design plans, or do you also supervise the construction on site?
Both. The engineer of record, P. Ambadas, supervises civil, plumbing, interior and external works on site — verifying concrete mix, shuttering and reinforcement, coordinating contractors, issuing work permits, maintaining a snag list and signing off at handover.
04Which areas do you work in?
Across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Cyberabad — including Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hitec City, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Manikonda, Tellapur, Nallagandla, Kompally, Uppal, LB Nagar and Shamshabad — and through the Warangal region including Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet.
05Can you handle G+1, G+2 and G+3 residential buildings?
Yes. Most residential projects we handle are G+1 to G+3 on plots between 150 and 500 square yards, including duplex houses, independent homes and small apartment blocks.
06Do you provide vastu-compliant building plans?
Yes. When required, vastu directions — entry placement, room orientation, kitchen and pooja-room positioning — are incorporated into the architectural layout before the plan is finalised.
07How much does construction cost in Hyderabad?
Cost varies by plot size, number of floors, materials and finish level. We prepare a line-by-line BOQ and rate analysis up front so you can compare contractor quotes against your own numbers instead of the other way around.
